A 4 bed/3bath Villa in Lake Wilson Preserve and close to all ameneties but in a very quiet corner and backing on to the conservation area and in full sun on the poool deck all day. Google Mockingbird Florida 33896-4766 for positioning.
There are two queen en-suite bedrooms overlooking the pool and two twin rooms [1 en-suite]to the side and front.
The Villa is fully equipped for 10 with a queen bed convertable sofa plus a cot and all bedding. There is an old stroller in the garage to use at your own risk.
The lounge area has the queen sofa and two love seats, various tables, lamps etc, the dining area has table and chairs for 6, with a further table and chairs for 4 in the adjacent kitchen nook, kitchen being fully fitted. There are books, CDs etc in the hallway bookcase and a bar-b-q in the garage.
All rooms are tiled with rugs, bar the bedrooms which are carpeted.
